2017 Surf City Marathon and 1/2 Marathon Discount Code
I'm honored and excited to be selected as an ambassador for the 2017 Surf City Marathon! This event is held every Super Bowl Sunday and will occur next year on Sunday, February 5. I've run this event for 8 years in a row and 2017 will be my 9th consecutive run! Last year, I was also an ambassador and I'm excited to be an ambassador for the second year in a row. The Surf City Marathon is the perfect event for runners of all levels. The majority of the course is flat and there are plenty of aid stations and spectators along the course to keep participants energized and motivated. The race is held early in the morning, but not too early, so there is plenty of time to watch the BIG GAME and still get a good night's sleep. If you are new to running, there are plenty of online training programs and mobile applications that can help take novices from a couch to a half marathon within 8-12 weeks. Remember, the desire to accomplish any goal has to come from within you
