My friends and I enjoy cross-training at the beach to break up the traditional routine of the gym. From toeing boulders through the sand, running with rocks in the shore break to incline push ups, there is never a dull moment in our program.

I'm excited that it has fully rehabilitated my shoulder that I injured playing water polo during my sophomore year at Brown after a summer of competing in Australia and Hungary. Now, I'm free to enjoy a range of sports from tennis to basketball to swimming.
