My Condolences

My thoughts and prayers go out to the family, friends and loved ones of Hunter Schwirtz. Although I didn’t personally know him, he has left behind a strong impression and impact on our community. I’m always amazed at how strongly, quickly & cohesively Laguna Beach can rally behind individuals mourning incomprehensible loss. I have felt this same love and support over the last ten years since Max & Mark passed away.
Although we miss our departed daily – no matter what age someone is when they pass away, it’s comforting to know that our community can help, embrace and support those grieving grieving and in need of comfort.
Don’t be afraid to reach out for help or share from your personal experiences to those grieving as our personal experiences can often help provide some guidance and possibly even some comfort. ‪#‎onelove‬

You'll never know when you're big break will happen.  The secret is to be ready at all times. Last weekend, Matt Williams, a Texas Tech sophomore, won a month of free rent by kicking a 30-yard field goal during a contest at his school's football game. Although Texas Tech is currently ranked #8 in the country, the team has missed six extra point attempts and half of its field goal attempts. Following the contest, Mike Leach, Texas Tech's football coach, approached Williams and asked him to be the team's extra point kicker. Tomorrow, Williams receives his big break and will kick extra points against #19 Kansas. If you have a talent, don't be afraid to share it.  You'll never know who is watching and where it will take you.

Google Analytics 4

As we transition into 2023, one of the biggest digital opportunities marketers have is to confirm Google Analytics 4 (G4) is installed and tracking on all digital entities. 🖥️ 📈 G4 will replace Google's legacy Universal Analytics (UA) and focuses more on event-based actions compared to hit-based actions. G4 features a new dashboard with more customization and access to predictive analytics. 🔎 The migration from UA to G4 is expected to occur in July 2023, where UA will be discontinued.
