A New Chapter Begins

Honored to work with an incredible team these past four years at The Picerne Group! šŸ  šŸŽ‰

We accomplished a lot, including five community lease ups, while implementing several marketing initiatives including an all inclusive resident app, elevated resident lifestyle experience and enhanced digital lead generation strategy.

Iā€™m very grateful for the opportunity to serve our residents and look forward to my next chapter.

Google Analytics 4

As we transition into 2023, one of the biggest digital opportunities marketers have is to confirm Google Analytics 4 (G4) is installed and tracking on all digital entities. šŸ–„ļø šŸ“ˆ G4 will replace Google's legacy Universal Analytics (UA) and focuses more on event-based actions compared to hit-based actions. G4 features a new dashboard with more customization and access to predictive analytics. šŸ”Ž The migration from UA to G4 is expected to occur in July 2023, where UA will be discontinued.
