2012 Mark Tiner Education Foundation Scholarship Recipient Earlier this month, I presented the 2012 Mark Tiner Education Foundation Scholarship to a graduating high school senior from Capistrano Valley High School in Mission Viejo, CA. The student received a $1,000.00 scholarship and will pursue his collegiate studies in Los Angeles, CA or New York, NY. This year, we received 60 scholarship applicants from high schools across Orange County, CA. It was the most ever! The recipient was selected with support from the Orange County Community Foundation and The Mark Tiner Education Foundation Scholarship Board. The scholarship funds are made available by donations from the community.
