  As a marketer, it’s important to combine the digital world with the real world. At One Uptown Newport , our 458-luxury unit community, we partnered with a celebrity influencer to teach a special kickboxing class to our residents. 😅👊 Residents learned about the event on our digital channels, participated in the real world and then shared on their social media. The entire experience accelerated the community’s brand awareness flywheel and created a fun resident experience. 🏠🔁 How are you combining the digital with the real world? Last month, I competed in the USAT National Sprint Triathlon Championship in Newport Beach, CA. It was the fourth triathlon that I have completed in the past year. I really enjoyed the event and look forward to a few more triathlons in the remainder of the season.
