I recently attended the Apartment Innovation and Marketing Conference (AIM) alongside our Essex team and industry partners. AI and customer experience were major themes throughout the event, and it was exciting to see how quickly the multifamily industry continues to evolve. Beyond the sessions themselves, the most valuable part was connecting with colleagues, partners, and leaders who are all focused on improving the renter journey and shaping the future of digital marketing.

As the year comes to a close, I’m especially grateful to work alongside such a talented and thoughtful team at Essex Property Trust . By continuing to enhance the customer journey, it’s been rewarding to see what we can accomplish together. Just as meaningful has been the time spent giving back and volunteering in the communities where our residents live and work. It’s been a fun, fulfilling year. Wishing everyone a wonderful holiday season. 

Our little guy is almost one, and Essex Property Trust has been nothing but 100% supportive along the journey. From offering incredible paternity leave benefits to welcoming my family on a surprise office visit, I’ve truly enjoyed sharing my home and family with the team.

It’s National Wellness Month and an ideal time reflect on the importance of balance, health, and support—both in and out of the workplace. Grateful to be part of Essex Property Trust , which recognizes well-being is a journey and backs it up with meaningful programs like our Vitality Program and a strong commitment to work-life balance.

  Enjoyed volunteering at The Giving Farm , a farm-to-food bank program, which is committed to annually deliver over 200,000+ pounds of fresh food to those in need with Essex Property Trust . 🧑‍🌾 🍓
