As America is weathering Hurricane Gustav, I hope tranquility will quickly illuminate the affected region and remove disaster's darkness.
The "Malibu Invitational"

Today, I'm excited that I was invited to be part of the second annual "Malibu Invitational ."All proceeds from the event will benefit The Lyon Herron Foundation , which assist the young Point Dume Surfer Lyon Herron with his fight against Gardner's Syndrome . I'm going to create a special surfboard for the event and donate it to help Lyon's fight. Last year the event was a huge success with several top surfers, including Danny Fuller , Anthony Tashnick and Reef Mcintosh participating. It also attracted some of LA's top socialites. I look forward to the event this year, which will be held September September 27 & 28 of this year.
