Crestview Candles

My wife and I started making handmade candles during quarantine. Our fun activity turned into a mini marketing experiment to test organic social media posts featuring these candles across Nextdoor, Instagram and Facebook Groups. Flash forward to today and we’ve had the most success with Nextdoor and building a dedicated Instagram page.


As a marketer, it’s important to constantly test mini experiments to quickly learn what gains traction and apply these tactical insights into larger projects.

Last weekend, Matt Williams, a Texas Tech sophomore, won a month of free rent by kicking a 30-yard field goal during a contest at his school's football game. Google Analytics 4

As we transition into 2023, one of the biggest digital opportunities marketers have is to confirm Google Analytics 4 (G4) is installed and tracking on all digital entities. 🖥️ 📈 G4 will replace Google's legacy Universal Analytics (UA) and focuses more on event-based actions compared to hit-based actions. G4 features a new dashboard with more customization and access to predictive analytics. 🔎 The migration from UA to G4 is expected to occur in July 2023, where UA will be discontinued.
