Tiner Education Foundation OC Financial Needs Scholarship . I presented the $1,000 scholarship to a graduating high school senior who will be attending Cal Berkeley this Fall. I was thrilled to see the student's excitement, continue my brother's memory and help a deserving student pursue higher education. Over 60 applicants were received for this year's financial needs scholarship, which is open to graduating high school seniors in Orange County, CA.
