Excited to complete Harvard Business School Online 's   AI Essentials for Business this quarter—an insightful course I tackled in my free time. As AI continues to transform the business landscape, the course emphasized how organizations need to evolve from siloed structures and fragmented data sets to AI-mature platforms powered by democratized, data-driven innovation. Key takeaways: ✅ Strategy – Have a top-down vision that aligns AI initiatives with core business goals. ✅ Governance – Integrate portfolio planning with a clear information strategy. ✅ Architecture & Culture – Develop systems that maximize reuse and support teams committed to innovation, collaboration, and shared processes. Looking forward to applying these principles to drive impact and scalability in digital marketing and beyond.
